Who can use Mello

You must be at least 18 years old. Joining may be by invitation or, where enabled, by completing an age check. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you give us permission to store and display it so the service can work (for example, showing your photos on your profile). Don't post content you don't have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Mello to:

• harass, bully, threaten or impersonate others;
• post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• upload malware, spam, or attempt to break or abuse the service;
• scrape or collect other members' data without permission.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Mello and delete your account at any time.

No warranty

Mello is provided “as is”. It's a small hobby-scale service - we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or that content won't be lost. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Trademarks

Bebo and any other third-party names or marks referred to on Mello are the trademarks of their respective owners. Mello is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them. Where we mention another service, it is for comparison and identification only.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do; continuing to use Mello means you accept the changes.
